About joining of the Russian Federation to the Rotterdam convention on procedure of preliminary well-founded consent concerning separate dangerous chemical substances and pesticides in international trade from September, 10th, 1998
According to article 21 of the Federal law "About international contracts of the Russian Federation" the Governmentof of the Russian Federation decides:
- To approve the offer on joining of the Russian Federation to the Rotterdam convention on procedure of the preliminary well-founded consent concerning separate dangerous chemical substances and pesticides in international trade from September, 10th, 1998
- To bring in the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia the project of the federal law "About joining of the Russian Federation to the Rotterdam convention on procedure of the preliminary well-founded consent concerning separate dangerous chemical substances and pesticides in international trade from September, 10th, 1998"
- To appoint the stats-secretary - the deputy minister of public health services and social development of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION Voronin Yury Viktorovich the official representative of the Government of the Russian Federation by consideration by chambers of Federal Assembly of Russia of a question on joining of Russian Federation to the convention specified in point 1 of the real decision.
