Quality of chrysotile is supervised at all stages of the production cycle, since entrance control of chrysotile ore and finishing acceptance tests of finished goods during the packing and shipment.
Chrysotile of textile group
Main application: for production of textile, pipes and braided packings, gaskets, heat resistant clothes, fabrics and yarn, brake bands, filters, etc
Chrysotile of pipe group
Main application: for production of pipes (pressure and pressure) for piping of drinking water supply, water and sewerage systems, communication lines, heating pipes and chutes, natural gas transportation, oil products
Chrysotile slate group
Main application: manufacture of chrysotile-cement building materials: flat and wavy pressed sheets, roof and wall panels, partitions of buildings and structures, facade and facing slabs.
Chrysotile special purpose
Main application: the production of thermal insulation, rubber and building materials, foam, insulating products and plastics, mastics, sealants and adhesive mixtures, lining and fire-retardant materials, drilling fluids, cementing compositions, paints, asphalt mixes, clips concrete cover for Tunnel device, putties, mortars
Additional information:
All ports are equipped with the warehouses providing safety of packed chrysotile from damages. Transportation to ports is made in covered railway cars.
Realization of chrysotile is made according to the international commercial conditions of deliveries.
Chrysotile is packed into synthetic bags in net weight from 25 to 50 kg which can be put together in packages up to 1.5 tons weight and are fitted by the thermoshrinkable or being stretched film.
Tightness and durability of packing - the guarantee of safety of production along the line.
In coordination with the consumer, chrysotile of groups 6К and 7 can be packed into soft specialized containers of single use.
Packed chrysotile is stored indoors or on open areas, covered by moisture-proof and light-proof material.

Test laboratories are equipped with modern devices of control and measuring instruments. Tests are carried out by specially trained qualified personnel by standard techniques.
Tests allow to define:
- fractional structure of chrysotile 0-6 groups by a dry method;
- fractional composition of fiber on a wet method hydroqualifiers Bauer-McNett and Turner-Newall;
- average length of chrysotile fiber of 0,1,2 groups and content of non-spinnable fiber (less than 5 mm);
- degree of fiber separation capacity in elutriator;
- wet volume;
- fiber specific surface area in Rapid-Tester (OPA);
- rate of chrysotile suspension filtration in lime mortar;;
- fiber strength in chrysotile cement samples (FSU).
