"About performance of "Agreements on interaction in the environmental protection sphere between the Government of Sverdlovsk region and JSC "Uralasbest".
Having heard and having discussed a question of performance of "Agreements on interaction in the environmental protection sphere between the Government of Sverdlovsk region and JSC "Uralasbest", the board of directors notes:
- within execution of the Concept of ecological safety of Sverdlovsk region for the period till 2020, JSC "Uralasbest" on January 31, 2012 signed the Agreement on interaction in the environmental protection sphere with the Government of Sverdlovsk region;
- a subject of the Agreement is cooperation of combine with the area Government according to the solution of ecological tasks within complex, strategic development of Sverdlovsk region, on realization of actions for decrease in negative impact of the enterprise on environment;
- according to the Agreement on interaction in the environmental protection sphere between the Government of Sverdlovsk region and JSC "Uralasbest" are developed medium-term (till 2013) and long-term (for 2014-2020) the programs providing concrete actions for decrease in negative impact of activity of the enterprise on environment which JSC "Uralasbest" undertakes to carry out fully.
The board of directors solved:
- To take into consideration the program on decrease in negative impact of JSC "Uralasbest" on environment for 2012-2020.
- To consider implementation of the Agreement on interaction in the environmental protection sphere between the Government of Sverdlovsk region and JSC "Uralasbest" a priority task.
